Welcome to Sober Outdoors. This Purchasing, Returns, & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through our website, www.soberoutdoors.org, and any associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Sober Outdoors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including without limitation orders that appear fraudulent, contain errors, or are outside our shipping or service areas.

Availability of Goods and Services is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any product or service at any time, without liability.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes, fees, or other charges.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods indicated at checkout.
4.3 Billing Information
Buyers must provide accurate billing and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, cancellations, or order rejection.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Methods
Goods are shipped via standard carriers. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
5.2 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, carrier issues, or other disruptions.
5.3 International Shipping
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other fees for international shipments. Sober Outdoors is not liable for customs delays or charges.
6. Returns and Refunds Policy
6.1 Returns of Goods
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened Goods in their original packaging.
Procedure: To initiate a return, contact us at contact@soberoutdoors.org with your order details.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of returned Goods.
Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective Goods.
6.2 Cancellations and Refunds for Services, Event Fees, and Donations
(a) Cancellation by Buyer:
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled Service for a full refund. Cancellations less than 14 days in advance may not be eligible for a refund and will be reviewed at Sober Outdoors’ sole discretion. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@soberoutdoors.org.
(b) Cancellation by Seller:
Sober Outdoors may cancel any Service due to insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, inclement weather, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of full cancellation, all related fees and donations will be refunded in full.
(c) Refund Eligibility for Event Fees and Donations:
Refunds are only issued for complete cancellations by Sober Outdoors. Rescheduled events do not qualify as cancellations. If you cannot attend a rescheduled event, contact us—refunds are discretionary and handled case-by-case.
(d) Disputed Charges and Chargebacks:
Buyers agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Sober Outdoors. Chargebacks may be contested using supporting documentation, including this Policy. Chargebacks create administrative and financial burdens and may affect access to future events.
(e) Legal Acknowledgment:
By purchasing, Buyers affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. Refund determinations are at Sober Outdoors’ sole discretion and are final.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items
Certain Goods—including perishable items, custom products, and gift cards—are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7.2 Limitation of Liability
Sober Outdoors, Inc., shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from purchases, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes under this Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration is final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Changes to This Policy
Sober Outdoors reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of any updated Policy.
